This page explains every cookie and similar technology (local storage, IndexedDB, service worker) that Osyren Studio uses on the web: what is stored, why, by whom and for how long, and how you control it.
The controller is KDN Estate SRL, Romania (hello@osyren.app). The rules applied are Article 5(3) of Directive 2002/58/EC (ePrivacy), transposed in Romania by Law 506/2004 (Article 4(5)), and the GDPR where personal data is involved.
In short: we store only what is strictly necessary for the service you ask for, and we count visits anonymously with Vercel Web Analytics (no cookies; "Reject" stops it). We use no advertising, social-media or cross-site tracking technologies.
1. Strictly necessary storage (no consent required)
These items are exempt from consent because the service you request cannot work without them. None of them can be read by other websites.
•
Sign-in session — provider: Google Firebase (our processor) · where: your browser's IndexedDB / local storage · purpose: keeps you signed in and secures your account · duration: until you sign out.
•
Preferences — provider: Osyren · where: local storage · purpose: remembers the interface language, your local profile settings and whether the "install app" prompt was shown · duration: until you clear your browser data.
•
Your cookie choice — provider: Osyren · where: local storage (osyren_cookie_consent_v3) · purpose: remembers your choice, its date and the policy version it applies to · duration: until you clear your browser data or this policy changes (then we ask again).
•
Payments — provider: Stripe (independent controller) · where: Stripe's hosted checkout page, e.g. __stripe_mid (about 1 year) and __stripe_sid (about 30 minutes) · purpose: secure payment and fraud prevention for the purchase you start · details: stripe.com/legal/cookies-policy.
•
Sign in with Google or Apple — if you choose it, that provider's own sign-in page sets its necessary cookies under its own policy.
2. Notifications (web push) — only with your browser permission
If, and only if, you allow notifications when your browser asks, Osyren Studio registers a service worker and stores a push token (Firebase Cloud Messaging) in IndexedDB. It is used only to deliver the notifications you asked for (for example "your song is ready"). Without the permission nothing push-related is stored. You can withdraw the permission at any time from your browser's site settings.
3. Anonymous visit statistics (Vercel Web Analytics) — you can refuse
To understand how Osyren Studio is used — which pages are visited, from which country, on what kind of device and browser, and which site visitors come from — we use Vercel Web Analytics, provided by Vercel Inc., which also hosts this website (our processor).
It sets no cookies and stores nothing on your device. A visit is recognised only by a code that Vercel computes on its servers from the request and discards after 24 hours. We see only aggregated numbers, never who you are; the data is not used for advertising and is not combined with other websites.
Before anything is sent, Osyren Studio removes from the page address everything after "?" or "#" and replaces account, message and project identifiers with [id].
If you choose "Reject" in the cookie dialog, nothing is sent, from that moment and on every later visit. Visitors who have not chosen yet are counted anonymously.
4. Optional cookies — none today
Apart from the anonymous visit statistics above, Osyren Studio uses no optional cookies: no advertising, no social-media trackers, no cross-site tracking.
If we ever add anything optional, it will be listed here before it starts, and it will run only if you choose "Accept". "Reject" is always offered on the first screen, with the same size and look as "Accept", and nothing is pre-selected. Without a choice, nothing optional runs.
5. Your choice and how to change it
On your first visit a dialog asks you to accept or reject. "Reject" stops the anonymous visit statistics and any optional storage; "Accept" allows them. You can read this page before choosing — the dialog does not cover it.
You can change or withdraw your choice at any time, as easily as you gave it: Profile → Cookie settings, or "Cookie settings" at the bottom of the sign-in page. When this policy changes, we ask you again.
7. Questions and complaints
Write to hello@osyren.app. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Romanian supervisory authority, ANSPDCP (www.dataprotection.ro), or with the authority of the EU country where you live.
